If your firewall is blocking us, you will never see our e-mails responding to your questions.

We do not deliver EMT or Paramedic test by regular mail, these tests were created for digital downloading

Shipping of physical items are delivered by US mail, and all rates are specified on purchase

Returns
Returns for digital downloads ARE not permitted. All sales are final. Please contact us if you need help. All tests are currently online. Tests results are tracked (every day) for difficulty and pass rate, so we know they are all online and working all the time.
We are always willing to help you with your downloads.
All physical products are insured by us, trough the US postal service. If an item is lost or damaged, the US
postal service will handle theses claims
